Some highlights from my professional background:

  • Three undergraduate degrees, computer science and humanities
  • Ten years as a university lecturer at two Swedish universities, specialising in information systems
  • Ten years in the IT industry, as a marketing manager, consultant and programmer
  • Currently consulting on sustainability for very large data centers 
  • Workstream lead on heat reuse within the main data centre industrial organisation
  • Reviewer for (and sometimes author to contents of) Pearson textbooks, including several MIS titles
  • Employee of the year award at former university
  • PhD thesis (2024) from Lancaster University, UK, on data centre waste heat uses in a societal context
  • Involved with sustainability strategy work at several universities
  • Fluent English speaker and regularly teaching courses in English. Some knowledge in French and German.
